Rafat Parveen, She is literature qualified and working with social groups since past 15 years and responsible for governing the body with legal aspects and training to factory workers and singing important documents. The concept of Globalised Campaign welfare Society (GCWS), a charity organization started in early 1970’s by Mrs. Rafat Parveen who is now 67 years old and her vision to provide education rights to children and safety of women at workplace. This society comes on paper/legal forms in 2010 under society Act 1860 and also successfully registered at Income tax department. There are total eight members in this society who has majority of women members and all members are highly educated and well versed legal requirements.
Two male members are involved in social activities since last sixteen years and conducting social. Auditing as per ETI base codes/SA8000/BSCI and customer code of conducts. One member is environmental expert and another member is law graduate and his practices in undergoing at Delhi high court and Supreme Court. The women workers can take help from our NGO free of cost any time. We provides the legal advice to women workman and trained them related to law on safety at workplace and anti-sexual harassment.

Certified auditor of ISO 9001,14001,OHSAS 18001 and Six Sigma green belt from Quality council of India and Indian Statistical institute(Govt of India). Project handled ;ETI-Barelley home working group,Local resource network member and SAI social finger print evaluation.
Shahin Jabi, Economic Graduate ,She have more than 25 years experience in social projects for working labour group and their complaints handling and specialised in handling anti sexual harassment committee. She kept monitoring all the complaints lodge by the women workers and responsible for analysed the complaint with Government officials and shared with local police incase of criminal proceeding is required. She regularly delivered the training to factory women workers for their safety and harassment protection and complaint procedure.
Currently we are handling more than 150 organizations in related to ICC (Internal complain committee) as per Prevention of sexual harassment at workplace 2013 which introduced as per Vishakha guideline. Our female member Mrs. Rafat Parveen, Mrs. Shahin Jabeen and Mrs.Sapna Verma, regularly visiting organizations to attend ICC meetings and providing legal help to women worker related to sexual harassment of women at workplace(Prevention, prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013.


A healthy and hygienic Indian Industrial culture, safe environment provided to women workers,stake holders & their supply chain, To provide support to all of them for implementing of social-economic/legal requirements.


To educate women on anti sexual harassment law,safety trainings and motivate the people for comply the social/legal regulation, sensitize policy makers and functionaries and promote activities and programmes of the Govt. and as well as the people, to achieve GCWS vision in the foreseeable future.Suppoer to Child labour and its remediation incase of child labour find at factory or other units.


Undertaking of programmes for balanced Industrial & Rural Development of Socio-Economic, Culture, Education and Industrial aspects of the rural areas or As to impart promotion of voluntary action in the Rural Development.


1. To conduct an initial assessment /Safety assessment for women working at factory/supply chain.
2. Create a corrective action plan and submit it to factory for timely correction.
3. Agreement bound factories incase of any sexual harassment at workplace and conduct enquiry independently for women’s right.
